This is a combination of all three – basically it uses the playstaion eye or kinetic and it has “body positions” for each note. So that you have one note where you’re hands are in the air, the next note might be you squatting, so a whole bunch of notes strung together and all of a sudden you’re dancing like mad. It’s fitness, it’s dancing, and it’s music.
