This is directed at people starting a startup, someone who is trying to build a Small/Medium Enterprise. Essentially it is a cross between something like ClearDocs and Xero. It is aimed at enabling someone to sign up, create a company and manage all the runnings of the company. So something like the share register is hosted on that site, shares can be allocated out, and importantly, it allows things to be seen. It’s accessible to investors without causing overheads to the people trying to run the project.
I thought it should be called trans-apparent.
