So this idea is to either take, or create, cards where someone can go out and record the sound of a dog howling when it’s master isn’t home. The idea is that RSPCA would have a whole bunch of these with some info about the needs of animals such as dogs, it would have “Did you know your dog howls when you’re not there? Press below to hear it”.
Essentially an appeal to the owner to take better care of their dog by pointing out how unhappy it is.
