A pen that can transfer money

You write on a pad any command you want. The ink dissapears and a cloud executes the command. Magic and cool. So this idea came about when discussing a pay-per-use pen, so we were talking about being able to transfer money – the idea was that you could write down a BSB, account, and amount, and then sign it, and it would transfer the money.
